Well, as I am building a Full-Scale, fully functional Dalek shell, I figured I should also make the Mutant within to sit in the seat when I have the shell open for display.
This is a WIP concept art of the Mutant I'm making. He will be done in silicone and will be pose-able. The arms will have wires in them to pose him and the tentacles will be moved by remote, I also hope to get the eye to blink but I wont hold my breath. Silicone is much harder to move than latex, and as I am allergic to latex, it is the only medium I can work with.

He will have quite a few more tentacles than pictured here, I just didn't want to clutter the concept art with the extra limbs yet.

I have his armature in the works and will post pictures of it once I get past the 'wire spider' looking stage.

This is the second step, laying down textures and shading, fixing up the colors a bit.

Next step will be to add the small details and to put his shell in the background as well.
