Some pose practice - I want to draw more humans, because my main thing is canines. And I supposed poses are the place to start
There's pleanty of online resources to help you with anatomy. Sometimes i look at skeletons and medical diagrams to get a good idea of what something looks like irl. But there are some stock image websites made specificaly for artists to use stock images for referenceing. Sometimes i take pictures of real life people, and study them, get a good idea of proportions, break it down and visualize it in basic shapes. Sometimes i would look at my own body for reference! Since im pudgy, when i was learning how to draw fat, i would look at myself in the mirror, and study how all the fat folds and curves on my body. These are just some of the many ways you can study up on anatomy.

Very good! You have a nice basic grasp of anatomy, but i suggest working on the breasts and torso. other than that you're off to a great start!
