My entry for PokemonBiome's Hallowe'en event. I struggled to think of what Seb could dress as until my boyfriend suggested he wear an Officer Jenny outfit and dress Rob up as a Growlithe. The irony was too perfect (thief as a cop, cat as a dog) and I couldn't resist, so here it is!

Experimented with flat shading because I desperately need more practice with it. Based the uniform off what Google told me was the Johto Officer uniform, and sort of combined it with what the Japanese uniform looks like, as well as gave Seb some pants, because he definitely is not secure enough in his masculinity to pull off wearing a skirt! Designing that Growlithe outfit for Rob was fun too xD I got to look up a lot of cute cats in costumes to figure it out. Rob however, is less than impressed in being dressed up as a dog, and he will gladly take his frustrations out on others.

And yeah, Seb definitely stole both costumes, cause he's a butt like that.
