This is a plain 6-sided cube with standard normals and only this unedited image as texture input. The reason it has such a surreal sense of space is because of a deliberately misused parallax mapping effect.

This is slightly different from the final version in-game, which includes a very dim emissive layer of the NSA logo with its original colours underneath, but it's a subtle enough addition that it should look basically the same from this angle at this light level.
