A latex balloon witch whose original body was changed due to a spell, being a young witch in training and usually rebellious. Her body now being spirit fire, needed a container, she made a latex form of her original body to house it, with a goal to be the most wanted witch there is. She's a big dork and sometimes needs help, but will never admit to it, when she plans to terrorize a town, she gets a bit of competition from a strange military group who want to establish a governing, she won't have that!
