I updated Scoots to look more floofy, and him without his scarf to show the collar underneath, which is a Contracted Collar which means he's property of Satan, ya know, Underworld Government Property?

I also took the time to draw out the Hell Hound form that greatly boosts his fighting ability, so that he can extent his own body spines for attacking.
