The good emperor asked for a trio of heavily pregnant women; all of which owned by artist killr-kurtis, who in case you were wondering, said pregnant women are Anfina (far left), Maria (middle), and Rose (far right).

As for what's going on, you'd have to ask EmperorBassexe that, since I stopped paying attention to him after getting entranced by Anfina's massively caressable belly. X3
