The following people work at Ultra-Mega Mart and are listed in order from left to right, as referenced from the picture. Furthermore, the people listed below are not the only employees that work at UM-Mart; they're merely a small portion of its workforce.

Briana "Tank" Holt
Briana Holt, age 28, is a good friend of Sandy's and often works with her in the stockroom. She can sometimes be seen walking around the store though, usually moving/carrying/pushing something as she goes along. Briana, a badger that Mr. Fritzer has dubbed "Tank", is the kind and caring type, despite her powerful build and semi-imposing height of 6'2". She acts like something of a big sister to all of her friends, often looking out for them and offering advice to anyone that'll listen.

In regards to her musculature, before Tank was working at Ultra-Mega Mart, she used to work as a professional bodybuilder. She won several competitions over her bodybuilding career and was once featured in Powerhouse Magazine; a prominent editorial within the bodybuilding and powerbuilding community. As time went on though, rumors and allegations spread on how Briana cheated her way to the top through the use of steroids and MGH (muscle growth hormones). Such allegations were later proved to be completely fraudulent, but the rumors alone were more than enough to completely ruin her career. Eventually, Briana began working at UM-Mart since that was the only place willing to hire her after the scandal. She's still somewhat bitter over what happened, but she tries not to let it bother her so much now. Choosing instead to try and move on with her life. Tank has been employed at UM-Mart for nearly three years now.

William "Stilts" Michaels
William Michaels, age 26, is the assistant manager of Ultra-Mega Mart and often spends his time wandering about the store; making sure that everyone is actually doing their job. He's usually always in a good mood and has been known to have a very good sense of humor. William is also generally a very pleasant fellow to be around and always seems to have a very charismatic air about him. Because of this, many people enjoy being around him and Sandy herself has actually developed a crush for the friendly otter. Whether or not he knows about Sandy's amorous feelings towards him, however, have yet to be determined.

William goes by the nickname of "Stilts", due to the fact that he has prosthetic legs. You see, six years ago William was in a terrible accident; specifically, the kind of accident that had forced surgeons to amputate both of his legs from below the knee; so as to save his life. In order to get around, he uses a pair of prosthetic legs that greatly resemble a pair of stilts; hence the nickname. Furthermore, it should be noted that the store manager, Mr. Fritzer, did not actually give him his nickname. William came up with it himself; in fact, there are some occasions where he actually prefers to be called by his nickname. Claiming that he thinks "Stilts" is a much cooler sounding name, rather than just "plain old William", as he puts it.

Some of his hobbies include swimming and other water sports; and he tends to wear long pants so as to not frighten people with his prosthetics. Stilts has been working in UM-Mart for over four years now, and was able to rise to the position of assistant manager within that time frame.

Mr. Dilbert Fritzer
Dilbert Fritzer, age 56, is Ultra-Mega Mart's store manager and is perhaps the rudest, most callous person in the entire store (as well as the shortest, with a height of only 3'5"). A corgi that tends to act very much like a crotchety old man, he treats everyone around him with great disrespect and contempt; often times referring to people by a derogatory nickname instead of their real name. Always saying that he's much too busy to bother remembering people's names; especially if he's just going to fire them at some point anyway.

As to why he seems so bitter about everything, it's believed that Mr. Fritzer was once a fairly exuberant person; always happy to meet new people and face new challenges. But after spending decades of his life in a dead-end management position, with no hope of advancement or even a social life, he quickly learned the sheer unfairness of it all and decided to just not care anymore; thus replacing his happiness and enthusiasm with sullenness and misery. And he intends to let everyone know just how miserable he really is by making everyone else around him as miserable as possible. Also, it should be noted that he loathes William unremittingly, since he always seems to be happy about something, no matter what Mr. Fritzer either does or says.

In regards to Mr. Fritzer's business practices, despite treating all of his employees so poorly, he's never once had a problem with the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission, or any other type of employment bureau for that matter. Apparently because technically, he's only required to treat all of his employees equally; not nicely. Therefore, Mr. Fritzer is legally allowed to be as rude to his employees as much as he pleases, so long as he treats them all the same way.
