As most of you may already know, Gina's enormous bust-size is caused by a medical condition in which her body is constantly producing milk. I figured I'd just elaborate on it some since a few people wanted to know more about it.

Gina's medical condition was discovered shortly after her fourteenth birthday. At first, her family thought it was just a severe case of puberty. What with her bustline going from an A-cup to a C-cup in only a couple of weeks. But her parents became greatly concerned when after a month, Gina's breasts easily grew to be larger than her own head. A few doctors at Payton General Hospital determined that Gina was suffering from Stadler Syndrome; an incredibly rare genetic disorder that causes the subject's breasts to constantly produce milk as well as retain it. The doctors explained that Stadler Syndrome only affected women and that fortunately the condition wasn't fatal. In fact, most women diagnosed with Stadler Syndrome could easily live another 50, 60, or even 70 years. If anything, her ailment was just inconvenient; especially with there being some cases of back pain. Anyway, as time passed Gina learned how to live with her condition.

She learned that it takes roughly 2 months for her bosom to go from almost flat to what it is usually ( https://www.weasyl.com/submission/352351/sleepy-gina ). After she reaches that point, her body slows down milk production dramatically. At least, that's how it is most of the time. There have been some instances where after a few months of little or no production, her breasts suddenly go into overdrive and produce massive quantities of milk; causing her bustline to become even larger. The biggest she's ever been is shown in the picture above. However, it's been theorized that she could become twice this size.

In any case, roughly twice a year, Gina goes to Payton General Hospital and has herself milked by a couple of physicians (they use machines for the milking process, of course). When the process is complete, her bust-size is reduced to that of a D-cup and her milk is donated to the hospital for its Mother's Milk drive (a special program where women donate breast milk to help feed the infants of needy families).

Overall, Gina finds the milking process to be both embarrassing and awkward. She hates having to deal with the loud machinery and ice-cold breast pumps, but she knows it has to be done. She enjoys having huge breasts but she hates the idea of having them be cripplingly huge.
