Captain Bartholomew D. Clevenger, perhaps the most dangerous, cruel, and demented pirate to ever sail the seven seas; a man who fights and kills for pure enjoyment. One may think that such a man is ignorant and dumb but be warned for his cunning and intellect are just as great as his barbarity and bloodlust. He stands at a towering 7 feet 3 inches, making him a giant among his crewmates. As captain of the Leviathan, a massive ship capable of sinking entire squadrons of vessels, he has successfully raided dozens of merchant ships and port towns without leaving a single soul alive. Clevenger himself has brutally slaughtered nearly 200 men with his colossal cleaver-like blade. His terrible exploits across the great blue ocean has given him titles like “the Butcher of Victoria Bay” and “the Beast of the Northern Sea”.

You’d think such a man would stand alone but in truth he has a loyal right hand. First mate Mary Turner, the young woman that always stares with cold and uncaring eyes; the woman that never smiles. Whatever task is given to her, she carries it out with brutal efficiency. She treats her captain with the utmost respect, always referring to him as “sir” or “captain”. She has taken the lives of many men with her accurate claw strikes, giving her the nickname “Mary the Crimson Claw”.

Clevenger has carved quite a name for himself on the great oceans and seas of the world but not just through piracy alone. No, no. Clevenger enjoys slaying those who stand against him, but he especially enjoys killing those who stand a chance against him. He has taken the lives of great pirates and sailors, and is always looking for a challenging fight. He’s heard rumors of a group of pirates who call themselves the Pirate Vixens, and such stories has peaked his interest.
