For some reason or another, Ms. Ambrose decided to workout at her local gym, but soon ended up running into a bit of trouble with one of the trainers employed there.

To make a long story short, it turns out that the two kettlebell weights that she had been using for a light warm-up weren't really meant to be used by a single, unattended person (as the gym in question didn't want clients using such weights without the expressed consent of a trainer, so that said client wouldn't inadvertently hurt themselves just trying to lift them); because of this, Ms. Ambrose was asked (with as much civility and respectfulness as possible) to stop using the two kettlebells, even though it looked like she could handle them pretty well on her own.

Oh well, at least Ms. Ambrose is being polite during this situation, despite also clearly being irritated over the whole affair. I guess she figured it'd be unprofessional of her to make a big fuss over a relatively small issue.

Anyway, here's hoping she won't end up taking her frustrations out on some of the other pieces of gym equipment (or the employees for that matter). =p
