The best thing about Night Vale is that though you may be given random details as to a character's appearance, the audio format and style of the show has prevented a solid canon design for the characters. Granted, the fanon has it's own ideas that tends to spread from person to person, but nobody's obliged to follow it. Either way, this is how I imagine our favorite radio-host, with Khoshek (you can't see the spine ridges, however). I've never really worked with toned paper either, so this was fun. Plus I like mandala-like halos. They're super cool.
