For a doll themed project, I was told I could do carousel horses, so I ran with it. My carousel version of a Kelpie, who are often black or glass green horses of celtic lore who drown children by getting them to ride them into their ponds. The tack and gear represents the scales and dresses of little girls lost, and the doll heads are used to aide in luring.
