AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...oh boy, do I have some explaining to do about this one XD

This was originally Vel's hip tattoo design, and then ended up a planned patch design for one of her many "updated forms" which...never ended up happening...because like an idiot I don't fucking number my sketchbooks so this went walkabout years ago and I only kinda sorta found it again NOW...

Note this was when I was still parading the Star Tugs Pennant Flag around as an homage; I have since moved on from a design I don't have any rights to own/use and done my own logo/flag design over the years (nope, not revealing that til it's ready to go!). Vel's reference sheet needs an update, I know. I'm working on that as we speak, 'cause she's gonna cost me a small fortune for that point, eheh.

But this one served its purpose seeing all the new info on the fandom leaking; I'm still very fond of it though. I may repurpose it in the future, alter the flag to Valanciana Island's, I dunno. It's here because people wanted to see it again and I'm not about to deny them that lol
