cecaelia (http://www.furaffinity.net/user/cecaelia) came up with this idea after looking over my huge tome of concepts I often present potential commissionees with. And it was a winning idea, I think!

Now, the notion of Rooth'roo being smart enough to be Doctor WHO-like in any way is kind of anachronistic. But he's certainly insane enough to be Doctor WHO-like! And where would be a great place to pick up an exotic companion but Pandora? Okay, so Doctor WHO's companions are traditionally very ordinary Earthlings. So again, anachronistic. But hey, run with it, okay?

Oh, and don't worry .. it's bigger on the inside. ;)

Absolutely adore this piece, and I think Cecaelia may have gone a bit overboard compared to what I paid for. But O.. M.. G.. Look at all that detail and environment! Not to mention the terribly awesome characters. ^_^
