I really missed animating suddenly, so I spent about 10 hours (evening and morning) making one.
I tried my best to make it really smooth-- it is all hand drawn, no puppet rigs (my software at its version, Harmony, doesn't have that functionality) but I did use a technique that I've discovered lately in the program. It's very easy to manual deform a drawing, so a lot of these inbetweens are subtle changes of the previous frame with some redraws. It is easier for me and I think it looks nice.
Background is terrible. (I ran out of time, I wanted to finish it as soon as possible)

Characters are mine, Rover the magical dog and Shizi the stone guardian lion.
I will post more about them soon? They're based off very old concepts of mine. They are new but feel really nostalgic.
