This two were made by casting. Considering I was making molds for the first time, I think they came out good. I managed to get two casts before my mold ripped apart.
"Note to self: use better quality material next time" Cheap stuff isn't always the best way to go, but good enough for learning experiance.

The base is about 15x11 cm at widest point, the heads themselves are about 8x7cm
Mane was done using real cat and dog fur
