Ah, reminds me of when I had to do a couple of tries to get it just right. @-@ People often do it with two hands though, so it is a bit of an unusual feat. :3

When I break an egg with one hand, it's usually done by mistake and definitely doesn't result in eating that egg. More in throwing it away, washing my hands and then cleaning my kitchen... :D

Cracking an egg with one hand isn't that impressive. Cracking an egg with one hand, without breaking the yolk or getting shell in it, like you did just there... don't think I ever could. Well done.
