I made these today, even though tomorrow is Valentine's Day. At least I'll have some to eat for that day. I followed the recipe for it from the Unofficial Cookbook for Fans of Willy Wonka. The almond extract, which I used half a teaspoon for, really gave the cookies that almond-y taste.
