I baked these today for me and my sister. I had a few mishaps as usual baking these, but they came out okay. The jams I used for these were the peach-blackberry for 4 of them and the apricot for the 3. The first six were baked for 15 minutes under the 425 degrees Fahrenheit; the Adams Media's Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook called for 20 - 25 degrees, but I didn't want to risk burning them longer lest their edges get charred black. I don't need no carcinogens. The apricot one on the right came out looking better as it was only baked for 10 minutes. I ate the blackberry one and it was okay. The apricot one was also okay, too.
