Another food from Adams Media's Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook. I made these this afternoon today. The first one, which is on top of the picture was burnt because I had the stove on medium heat as opposed to the low one that the book called for. I ate it and it was fine; the jam I put on it made it better. The second one, which is on the right side, was made with the heat turned down a bit. The third on the left was made with heat being made a bit lower. The fourth and last ones, which are the bottom and the middle, were made on low heat. Looks like I did okay with all of them.
