They're actually cookies (as least they're called that in the USA), but in England, they're called "biscuits". I made these, following Adams Media's Unofficial Harry Potter Cook and using a small cup to cut out the cookies, since I don't know where the real cookie cutter went. Anyway, they tasted fine; probably since I used salted butter for them and didn't put in the extra salt.
