I mostly followed the same directions from the Unofficial Disney Parks Cookbook, but this time I used like 4 cups of flour and 2 eggs. Though I probably should've held back the eggs because while the batter did come out thick enough to form into churro shapes through the pipe bag, the churros' outer skin became hard and crispy while the insides were breaded the way I wanted them to. I'm not going to bother making a third attempt as this was hard to perfect.

If you guys are attempting to make them, you might want to eat them on the day you made them, because the sugar mix will dissolve on the next day.
