They were supposed to be churros and they ended up coming out like that. I did all the exact things the recipe in the Unofficial Disney Parks Cookbook called for, but it was a complete fail. Goes to show you that not all recipes are accurate to what you're trying to make. The outer skin tasted good, but the inside was kind of rubbery. Next time, I'll try using more flour and see if it turns out better.
