Another dish made from Adams Media's Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook. I was going to have this for lunch, but some things today delayed that, so I had it for dinner instead. I left the fat on this time. Although this one wasn't bad, it didn't taste as good as the last pork dish I made. I did everything right, it's just that it wasn't savory. But there was still some flavor as crushed pepper did make it a bit spicy and the fruits used for it gave it a little fruity taste. But these flavors weren't my type for my pork though. Let's see if the next pork loin recipe will outdo it.
