I made this for my birthday today and it turned out good. The taste was more close to bland than sweet, but it had a little bit of spice in the aftertaste. I'm not sure if it's healthier than normal cake with 1 and quarter cup of dark brown sugar used. Anyway, this came from Adams Media's Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook.
