I made a really kickass grilled vegan cheese with garlic and Follow Your Heart gouda yesterday and wasn't content to just eat it... I had to take a photo of this miracle sandwich that cured all my ailments and restored all hope in my dreams in just one bite. Then I just loved the colors so much, and wanted to practice painting those complementary palates, I made a painting of it (would be a speed paint by most but it took me 1.75 hours in photoshop). In any case, I strongly recommend both this gary and this sandwich.

Hopefully this will be good practice for building a portfolio and taking some commissions!
