Image made as both fanart and a gift for my buddy Kokian with the "Tony" (Yes it's a tiger) Mask from Hotline Miami 1 and 2 that grants the player "Lethal Punches" presumably because Tony wears Brass Knuckles in the digital comic series. I'd run out of ideas for who might fit this character best. Then I figured, "well I haven't drawn sharks in a long ass time." And then remember a Comic where I drew Koki punching me so hard that my blood would bleed which I will re-upload later. So yeah. I'm actually quite proud of how the shark face came out.
