It didn´t take long storm start with first strike of lightning, downpour was heavy, or heavier. Many creatures were hiding even more than usually which Doctor had noticed. Surely Swamp Monster wouldn´t show itself to him or to Troopers, it surely was more than capable to self-preservation. He saw Outlet in distance, he had heard rumors that entrance to nest would be in that building which would make anyone to question architect and their choices. Nefarious saw then few dropships fly about Outlet, most likely looking about for critters, hopefully something actually potential and not some pathetic and brainless Muckdweller.

Resari had gone to sleep, not minding the rain´s heavy drumming. Backpack was empty, Emperor had kept his promise to force those berries down to his throat, he made Resari tear up and kinda hiss during it but it was worth it because it would mean soon Resari would be back on his feet. He glanced to outside, spotting one dropship, they weren´t spotted yet but what then when someone comes inside? They would be busted and then it would mean then would have to leave, he had to hope that lady luck would be merciful for him just THIS once.

Troopers chased around local critters, Fire Red Slugnargs, idiots, those were meager and meaningless. Doctor could only roll his eyes, waltzing to toward Outlet, rain didn´t slow him down. Thunder was loud, bolts were dancing their own dance at sky.

Emperor saw Resari wake up " Everything okay? " he asked, doubt that it was weather that just now managed to wake him up. He shook his head " No... I kinda feel uneasy? " he tilted his head, trying to stand up. Nefarious got up, moving to support him " Uneasy? That´s new. I guess my counterpart´s presence does that but who truly knows. " he said, picking up backpack. Resari looked it " You know... I want backpack too, they are super useful. " he said, sure, why not get him one too? Emperor sighed and helped him to move to part of Outlet where he had got his. Resari picked up quickly one that had his own scale color, placing it at his back " We match now. " he said gleefully, it was kinda endearing at this point. Emperor could hear doors being opened, someone had entered " Resari, we got company. Anything could happen now. " he muttered, guiding him other direction, surely there was other way to out.

They got to outside, Resari leaned to railing, all he saw was more of that stupid swamp water, escape route was blocked by overgrowth " Ugh, you can´t be serious... " Emperor shook his head, fate truly hated him, Resari lowered his head, there was no way Emperor was going to jump into murky water with him, that would be last thing on this galaxy he was going to do.

Emperor started to then pull plantlife violently before way familiar voice came up " Well, well, look what we got in here. " turning to look he saw his counterpart, quite close of Resari who was shocked. Robot turned fully around, wings flared, sign of anger " You! " he growled, Doctor didn´t seem to be afraid this time, last time had given him quite confidence boost it seems. Doctor then got between his counterpart and snivelakian " I should have guessed you would have survived but.... I didn´t except you patner up with squishie of all things. " he commented, glancing Resari who gritted his teeth " So? He helped me while I helped him for return! " snivelakian hissed, trying to actually scare the doctor, that would have worked if he didn´t look so pathetic and weary. Emperor then tried to tackle doctor who manage to get out of way, making the robot push Resari down " Ack! " Resari gritted his teeth, that hurt! Emperor shook his head, looking around, his countepart was flying over the water, out of their reach. But now their escape route was clear, same way they had come from.

Emperor picked Resari up, picking up quick pace when doctor started his vicious assault using his notorious arm blade, Resari managed to pick up lamp bulb from shelf and toss it at his face " Eat this! " he shout, it shattered, making robot scream bloody murder. Emperor managed to get outside, rain was lashing at them, dropships noticed them, starting to fire missiles at them, making Emperor keep running. Doctor managed to reach to door, angered " That little squishie... " he grumbled, Ratchet was already nuisance, he didn´t need some snivelakian become his new arch-nemesis too.

Robot managed to reach to Resari´s ship, it was seemingly untouched, lucky them. Resari climbed to pilot´s seat, noticing his companion´s hesitation " Hey, what´s up? We gotta go! " Resari tried to pull his arm " No! " Emperor swatted his hand away " I have unfinished business to take care of. Just get out of here Resari. " he said, Resari shook his head " No, I won´t leave you behind, not after everything we have gone through, we can both make it out. Let me help. " he pleaded, he wanted to keep traveling with fallen ruler, it was so much more fun when there was someone else who could share your experience with. Nefarious stared him before noticing dropships again " I... ugh! Fine, you take care of those dropships alright? " Resari nodded, it sounded fine by him. He took off, flying toward to have his own dog fight. Emperor turned then to meet his counterpart, he wasn´t pleased, nor was the Emperor.

Doctor narrowed his optics, he was angry that Bubbles hadn´t finished him off for good but what can you do? Emperor started to circle him then, it was the same song and dance " You really THOUGH you had me back in Corson V? Fool! I am not so easily defeated! " doctor stared him, true, both were stubborn and it showed " I guess but I didn´t except you go as low as befriending organic lifeform. " he commented, looking up to sky, seeing Star Explorer fight his troopers " Though, he seems to be good pilot, I give him that. " he said, revealing the blade again " I will make sure this time you aren´t coming back! " he shouted and attacked, as excepted. Emperor took hold of the blade easily " Really? Did you forgot who you are dealing with? Hmph! I guess I have to remind me again. " he sneered and hurled him onto railing, doctor´s shriek was ear-piercing, metal of the railing bended due impact, showing pure strenght of the ex-ruler.

Nefarious looked to Star Explorer, Resari was indeed skilled and was so reliable. Been ever since they met, maybe he did want to keep traveling with snivelakian, maybe he did want to see worlds and experience its many joys and secrets with him. He looked down to incapacitated Doctor before running off. Resari managed to spot him, he knew it was time to move on. Emperor ran across rocky lining, ship flying next to him, panel opened to him " Hop on! " Resari shouted, gesturing him to hurry up. Robot leaped, managed to gather himself to passenger´s seat.

Doctor groaned, noticing how the ship flew away, with his counterpart and his friend " Why you...! " he growled, trying to stand up, this wouldn´t be the last time they would encounter, he was going to make sure they both would pay for this. He took deep breath, now he had to get back to his lair and start plotting and tracking those two down. With that he started to walk away into heavy downpour, lightning striking close this time with loud boom.
