Altan is gold-black-crystal dragon and ex-captain of Dragon Guards who joined to Dragon council to keep close eye on Tossina, ex-Dragon Guard due her hasty and impulsive behavior. He gave his title for Suraak Windstorm and became councilor, he doesn´t speak much and is able to keep his cool even when there´s shouting match in Great Dragon Hall which can drive chairman Iswed sometimes crazy, he respects Iswed´s choices and has to sometimes even scold Tossina for her own behavior toward chairman.
Fun fact: Altan has bit of sweetfang and can be sometimes seen with big cup of cinnamon caramel latte he gets from baker Siamu´s cafe.
