During Eve´s arrival to Stramba island Saimin´s scout flew back to his master to report of intruder to him. Of course Saimin wouldn´t be that happy about it. Hypnotizer dragons are ones that feed carbon monoxide breathing Outcast dragons, throwing scraps and whatnot to them to eat. While they live in cold icy caves in mountains they hunt in nearby forest for food.
