Wind dragon tribe lives high above in sky, in Rivotra Islands, translating to Wind for malagasy. They make their home in roman like buildings, Islands being located near Tall Plains, their chief, Agaar Angin as strongest connection with winds and is fastest flier, beside his ancestor Windrider. Eveliina couldn´t believe that there would be tribe so high above from ground.
