Sullivan ref sheet, he's heavily based on one of my all time anime/manga characters Belphegor from Katekyo! Hitman Reborn! I particularly enjoy his background story, he has a twin whom he allegedly killed because he mistook him for a roach. He almost always has a cheshire like grin on his face and becomes crazed when his own blood spills reminding him of the thrill of killing off his twin brother.

But Sully has no story like that e3e he's just a little w**** who enjoys being mistreated and becomes enraged when shown and form of compassion or love towards his pathetic and meaningless life.
