In a word: crowded.

In a few more words than that:

Cramped:
Kira's internal stomach is always only just big enough to fit everyone inside it -- when she eats someone new, it grows just enough to make room for them. That means that there is not a lot of wiggle room. The concepts of privacy and personal space are nonexistent; everyone has to just come to understand that you're gonna get jostled around. Thankfully, the nature of the stasis spell means that, along with not aging, atrophying, or needing to eat, it is also impossible to get muscle cramps, so at least everyone is far more comfortable than they look.

Weightless:
All of Kira's passengers are affected by a pseudo-weightlessness; those at the bottom are not being crushed by those on top. The edges of Kira's belly constantly push in on them from the outside, resulting in undulating waves of people and a slight pressure on those towards the center, but it's not strong enough to be painful.

Isolated:
Kira's stomach is larger on the inside than the outside, but it is not a pocket dimension that's in some other place, nor are her passengers shrunk; it's more of a folding or distortion of space. The more astute may notice that, on the outside, Kira's belly still has noticeable bulges, and one might be able to make out the shape of a hand, a face, or other body parts that belong to someone inside. Exactly which part of the larger internal landscape pushes to the outside shifts constantly; one might see the hand of one person, and then a few seconds later see the bulge of a knee that belongs to someone else entirely. If Kira, or someone else, touches or rubs her belly on the outside, one of those pressed up against the walls on the inside will feel it, but you never can quite know who it will be.

If Kira turns over or falls, it will be felt by those inside, but due to the aforementioned weightlessness, and the fact that everyone is being moved around and jostled constantly anyway, the effect is pretty minimal.

Sounds and voice will also penetrate in both directions, but voice is always too muffled to understand. Kira has no direct way of communicating with those inside, nor is she particularly interested in doing so.

Humid:
The inside of Kira's belly is humid and moist, moreso closer to the walls. Due to the weightlessness, fluid that might otherwise pool towards the bottom saturates the entire space instead. While it is dark inside Kira, there is a very faint glow permeating her internals, probably a side-effect of the magical nature of her stomach, so people can see each other. Kira's heartbeat is also audible, again moreso towards the walls.

Inhabited:
While the claustrophobic or privacy-conscious might not appreciate Kira's insides, on the flip side of that coin, one would never be lonely! Indeed, one will always have someone to talk to. And if you need a change of conversation, you can always just crawl between people (don't worry, they're used to it) to another part of Kira's stomach.

And that's good, because talking is one of the few things to do in there. Nothing non-living can enter Kira with her prey. One of the spells that affects Kira is a filtration spell which separates non-living matter out as it goes down her gullet. After swallowing someone, Kira will immediately cough up any jewelry, clothes, or foreign objects they may have been wearing or holding.

And that's basically Kira's belly in a nutshell! It's a unique place, but not entirely unpleasant, especially for people who are used to it.(In addition, Kira does not need to eat normal food. She is sustained by the spells that make her what she is.)

Those living inside Kira still need to find ways to pass the time, though. Storytelling is popular. Those who are good at it will garner the admiration of their peers as they weave tales for anyone close enough to hear them. The best might even draw crowds of listeners from other parts of the stomach!
