Hookah, like Mister Scissors, was a normal Fairy Cat that came into contact with a possessed object: a hookah from the eastern wastes said to have been owned by a hedonistic and war hungry Labran king. It was told that on the kings deathbed, an Avion witch doctor sealed his soul into his hookah so he may not wreak havoc in the spirit world.

Hookah is now a sentient Hookah/Fairy Cat/Vengeful Spirit tri-hybrid that has control of a pot of magical vapors in his stomach. The blue vapor has a myriad of effects which all depend on the person who inhales them. The main ability of the vapor is to bring a persons fetishistic desires to life via vivid hallucinations (If someone wants to be bound and gagged in rubber, the vapor will make the person believe they are bound and gagged). Hookah has no depravity or shame, the vapor will cause any fantasy to occur within the vapor breathers head

If this happens, the person who breathed in the vapor almost always cums; once that happens they are permanently bound to Hookahs pot as a swirling vortex of screaming blue vapor themselves. Hookah does not let people live out their fantasies for fun, he is simply looking for depraved souls to fuel his body with.
