This character is IllusionsFactory's mascot. (A group I founded nearly a year ago on dA)
She was pretty much inspired in eastern mythology and glowsticks too, probably.

This is a kind-of revamped version of her original self, she used to look more snow leopard-ish, but I soon realized that leopard spots ain't my thing to paint. She is supposed to look like both canine and feline at the same time still.
