I had previously done toughsets Ultimate sonic meme with one of my other characters before I got my tablet pc. So I wanted to do it again with my character Tenchu here now I have my tablet pc :). But I mostly wanted to do it to try and get back into the swing of drawing this character a bit more.

The character is a telekinesis user, he gained the abilities being a scientific test subject to become a weapon. He used to have such strong powers it drove him insane but after years of experiments, unable to put up with them any long, he fell into a coma. After waking up his insane side a long with half of his powers became dormant.

Being around chaos energy and emeralds frightens him as he is scared it might waken his insanity, he is a really timid and gentle natured guy, who avoids using his powers the best he can, even when he's on the run.
