"Who's going to eat the last sandwich? Anyone? No takers at all?" Dexter looks around for someone "Alright I guess it's up to me then! I already had most of them, and am frankly stuffed, but I guess I'd better finish it all. You mammals waste so much food! This would never go in the Jurassic! Waste not want not, my friends! I guess it's up to me, I gotta eat it, there's dinosaurs starving in the late Cretaceous!" *The fat little dinosaur picks up the sandwich and starts eating it....

Yeah I got the "Dinosaurs starving in the late createous" bit from my childhood where they made us eat everything by saying "There's children starving in Africa" bit. It's very sad indeed, but I always thought the logic was funny because me eating more here isn't going to help them there.

I know what you mean. I think a lot of parents used that logic to make their kids finish their plates. =P But in Germany, some people say that an unfinished plate will bring bad weather as well. <X3
