Some Lakitu fanart. I've drawn the Marios before, tried my hand at a Koopa or two, even made a Spiny into a little punk anthro critter; but I never tried drawing the one person responsible for so many aerial assaults.

It started as a sketch of a Lakitu in a Completely different style. It looked more like Kid Velma from 'A Pup Named Scooby Doo'. Instead of fighting with that, I just let loose and stuck with a tried and true method when I need to get a drawing out - Let my pencil do he voodoo that it does when it needs to. = )
