Being rushed is going to result in rushed work.

Life happens and sometimes there are delays, but I will stay in contact.

I will provide WIPs in the form of a basic pose sketch, a refined sketch, lines, and colors.
You have three chances to change the basic pose, two chances to change the detailed sketch.
I cannot change anything one the commission is inked unless it's my fault (missed something, etc.)
You have three chances to change the flat colors/markings.
I am able to change flat colors after shading.

Updates are put onto my trello.

Payment is expected upfront via a paypal invoice.
Please do not send money directly unless asked.
For larger payments I will accept half upon startup and half upon completion.

Once finished, your picture is yours to post and edit or distribute as you wish, however:
If you plan on selling the art I did for you please give me a 10% cut of all sales.

Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of your character/background.
Wings, excessive markings, multiple heads/limbs, complicated props/outfits, and others are also subject to extra charges.

I will draw copyrighted characters.
I need permission from the other party to draw gift art unless it is a surprise.
I will not draw hate art or underage characters.

I will draw pretty much anything except noncon, nazis, homo/transphobia and racism.

Clear and concise visual references and/or detailed descriptions of a commission idea and character must be provided by the Client. After which a preliminary quote will be provided.

If the artwork is finished before final payments are made, the Client will not receive the original paint/drawing or un-watermarked digital image of the commission until final payments are made.

Critique and redline corrections for commissions above $80 are welcome to ensure the best result. Commissions under said price are considered as small works, and thus time revising sketches is not factored into the price.

The Artist reserves the right to reject critique and redline pertaining to artistic skill or style preference (i.e. anatomy, coloring style, etc.) if said critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.

If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the sketch stage they will be refunded 50% of what they paid.
Refund are not available past the sketch phase.

The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or inability to communicate in effective English.

The Artist ensures the Client will receive updates on commission when necessary. Clients are encouraged to check in when they feel it's necessary for updates, assurance or reminders.

The Artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason.

The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client.

The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. Rights can be negotiated for an added fee.

The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Commissioner for other commissions or personal works.

The Client must read, understand and agree to all the terms listed in this journal before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the terms.
