For toastermadness as part of the Creature-Exchange group on DA though I couldn't submit until today.

~What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
I think it was pretty straightforward and well written. There were a few choice items, but still pretty clear on what they wanted.

~Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
There were a few things I omitted to focus more heavily on other parts. I went full on "raptor", though not a specific kind, rather than a combination with raptor/Komodo and used a colorful palette for the "exotic bird" part. He's mostly based on an ultramarine lory, though I added other things like purple and yellow and the darker back to break up the very cyan coloring. The prompt asked for super bright colors so I think I did well haha, I certainly lean toward more subdued, neutral palettes and it was challengy to make it without feeling like maybe he needs some brown or grays.
They also asked for comfortable clothing, which is kinda hard on a full feathered anthro-raptor, so since the prompter said they liked salmons and corals, I gave him a colorful poncho to keep himself dry and cozy :P
