Here's the feet for the premade suit I'm working on. Foamwork, zippers, soles, claws,and base fabric are all done, and I'm in the process of adding all the vinyl scales. As you can see this one is a generic dromaeosaurid (raptor/deinonychus/etc). Scales will only be on feet, hands, and the front of the snout, while I'm going to do feathers on the rest of the suit to be more scientifically/historically accurate.
