PRICING:

My old tier system has been abolished in favor of a more straightforward hourly system. Work is now 20 USD per hour across the board* for ALL types of commissions. I open slots via journal entry and will typically sell a set number of hours for the period that may be claimed by as many commissioners as necessary.

ABOUT PAYMENT AND COMMISSION CANCELLATIONS:
The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or inability to communicate in clear/effective English, or unforeseen inability to complete the commission.

Refund policy is as follows; if the client wishes to cancel their commission before work begins, the artist will retain 5% of the commission payment as a convenience fee. In the event of Client cancellation during the sketch/thumbnail stage phase, a 50% refund of original payment will be issued. No refund will be issued if the Client cancels during the color stage, or after the commission is complete. If the Artist cancels the commission, 100% of the payment will be refunded to the Client.

ON COMMISSION AND AUCTION PAYMENT TIMES:
1. Should a commission slot be claimed, unless I am informed of a time frame otherwise and it is agreed on, payment is due within 24 hours. If you cannot pay within a week, do not claim a slot.
2. Should I hold an auction, I expect payment within 48 hours unless another arrangement is made. If a payment plan is needed for cost under $400, a payment plan of 1 month will be allowed. If over $400, other arrangements will be made and agreed upon by both parties within 1 week in writing.

ON REPRODUCTION AND ART RIGHTS

The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client. I will also work with clients who do not wish their work to be reposted publicly.

The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise, and to alter the commissioned work to make it more generic for print at the Artist’s discretion. Image rights can be negotiated for an added fee.

The Client retains all rights to their respective characters. This does not allow them rights to the commissioned image.

The Client may not profit from the artwork beyond the resale of a physical original painting or drawing (traditional media, not digital). This includes the sale of the digital files, or rights to the image.

The Client may create up to three prints for personal use (display in their home or as gifts). Client may also resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself. The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery accompanied by a credit line to the Artist, and it must not be any high resolution or unwatermarked version of the artwork.

What I will/will not draw:

WILL:

• Any and all types of character (human, anthro, feral, organic, inorganic, cute, eldritch abomination, whatever!)
• Designs that have no other visual reference provided adequate and/or flexible descriptions (designing from scratch is awesome too!)
• Nudes and sensual/erotic art of a classical (and more importantly, CLASSY) nature. Nudity is no biggie; just keep it tasteful.
• Blood and violence are a-okay too!
• Just about anything barring the stuff in the next category below. No, seriously.

WILL NOT:

• Anything genuinely pornographic (to reiterate; sensual/erotic is A-OKAY; just keep it tasteful)
• Other types of blatant kink/fetishism art (I have no problem with other peoples’ jollies, just no desire to paint it)

ROUGH TIME ESTIMATES:

I can work in any time constraints, but for bigger works it would be best to approach for a quote.

ALL NOTES AND PAYMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF A SLOT CLAIM UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE. Failure to do this will AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT your slot for that round. Please, if you cannot get me pay and information in this window, DON’T make a claim in the first place.

AN ADDITIONAL NOTE ON MY WORK CONCERNING PRINTS:

As of March 6th, 2015, I reserve the right to make prints of any work created for sale at conventions/gathering/etc for any commissions accepted and produced unless alternative reproduction rights (commissioner pays additional fees for sole rights) are agreed upon when the work is proposed. Out of courtesy, I will not produce prints of any commissioned work made before this date without the express permission and blessings of all respective commissioners. THIS INCLUDES FOR NON-PAPER PRINTS SUCH AS BUTTONS, STICKERS, ETC
