I vaguely remember a Tentacruel and some Tentacools hijacking Meowth and attacking a city because of ocean trash dumping I think?

I saw maybe the last 4 minutes of the episode back in the day. That's about all I know.

This really reminds me of the shape of a medieval helmet, which I think is really cool! Tentacly-cool (hurrr :P)
