A newly-bitten were-red-panda shifts for the first time.
Gah, I had so much fun with this piece! It took me most of the day, and was just going to be a quick pose practice. I loved how the face turned out, and I do think I'm getting better painting fur! I grew attached to the character design as well. You might see more of her in the future... If I don't forget! XD
Done with a Wacom Bamboo Pen tablet (CTL-460) on Paint Tool Sai and Photoshop CS3.

I really like the color choice for the outfit, it goes well with the fur coming in. As far as anatomy, her left arm and hand looks really long. Is there an aesthetic reason for the digitigrade since red pandas are plantigrade? If so please ignore that. The fur does look great especially on the tail.
