I was doing one of those palette challenges on tumblr, and someone requested Tarte! She works at a maid cafe, and I figured now was a pretty good idea to sketch out her uniform.

I am happy you do, since well. I much prefer art sites to have a community were constructive critique is okay, since I love getting critique. I am a traditional artist, so I rarely actually change the piece, however I also bare the information in mind for the future.
So I can understand that. :) Sometimes it can be hard to adapt things to style right away and I think that is all that has happened here. Your other work looks really good. So it is honestly just a minor thing.

She is super cute, although if you don't mind a little bit of critique. The blinking/winking eye is a little bit too low. It seems to be at the very bottom of where the eye would be. When both lids move a little when you blink/wink just the top one moves a little more.
So a little bit further up would be a lot better.
The colour palette is really nice though.and seems like a good one to work with for a Tumblr challenge. I'm evil to my friends and pick hard ones.
