I have a love-hate relationship with the Kingdom Hearts series for reasons I won't get into at the moment. I came for the sheer weirdness of the concept, but I stayed for the heartless, I'll say that much. So of course when I like something I have to try to draw my own version of it.

Added some lore to make them more interesting than just monkey-shaped cannon fodder.

Powerwild (Pawāwairudo) : Take a baboon (since Deep Jungle is modeled off of Tarzan, which took place in Africa), dye it blue, then give it claws and a mean streak several leagues long and you'll have something close to a Powerwild Heartless. Incredibly strong, incredibly fast, incredibly vicious, but not very bright. They are known risk-takers and would rather drown, catch on fire, fall off cliffs, get smashed into oblivion by a silverback gorilla, or take a Keyblade to the gut than give up a chase.
