I don't really watch the series, but I can appreciate what the show does for helping to eradicate discrimination and normalize gender preference, relationships, archetypes, and racial diversity. I see it pop up on my tumblr pretty much every day, especially when there's a song or shit hits the fan. I tried to get into the series but I couldn't really identify well enough with the protagonist to feel immersed.

From what I know Pearl's got that whole 'last one standing' thing going on, especially since Rose Quartz is out of the picture. I haven't really explored with more serious themes, so I thought this would be as good a time as any to give it a shot!
