"You won't make me go back to The House. I won't serve you anymore. I would tear one thousand worlds apart to keep from serving your unknown whims. No force in the world, the universe or the multi-verse can stop me."

This is Nienna, heavily wounded, coming into direct contact with The Strand, The Great Lesser God of Lignamira, trying to fend it off.

Nienna is a tortured wandered with a tortured and sordid past. In this image she is near death and The Strand has come to save her, again, to serve its purpose elsewhere and in another time. This has gone on for centuries with her, and many others. Kind of cruel in the sense that they are being denied EVERY living thing's basic right to die.

She basically would rather die than serve an ambiguous, divine purpose. She fails.

The Strand enlists its unwilling disciples through small, incredibly advanced, technological artifacts. It waits until a suitable individual touches the artifact to inspect it, and (according to what I think my handwriting says lol) sucks the individual to the House of Gången in a small whirlwind of electricity and the appearance of The Strand.

(The House of Gången is where the god of time, Gången, lives. It's where all disciples are placed where time doesn't exist but also where all the moments-in-time of Lignamira exist in a strange, ethereal, 4th-dimensional plane. Gången, of course being the god of time, is a 5th-Dimensional being with only a small fraction of its awareness existing in the universe that contains Lignamira.)
