Both Regular style and Chibi style come with simple bg and full color.
There are no typical environmental add-ons for chibis, but if you really want one I can see if it's simple enough to add no charge.
Portrait is a bust, and will probably include some chest portion and arms, but no hands. You may request a viewing angle or lighting specifics.
Waist up includes hands, but does not factor in legs for posing very much. Often dips below the hips, not strictly from the waist and up.
Full body includes all body appendages and has maximal range of poses.
